Aetech, selected as 'Forbes Asia 100 To Watch 2025'
AI Waste Robotics and Smart Resource Recovery System Recognized for Technological Prowess
Standing with 16 Innovative Companies from Asia, Including 8 from Korea
Resource recycling economy company Aetech (CEO Park Tae-hyung) announced on the 27th that it was selected for the 'Forbes Asia 100 To Watch 2025', published by the global financial magazine Forbes.
This promising company program, now in its fifth year, selects 100 rapidly growing SMEs and startups across Asia. In this announcement, Forbes evaluated Aetech as leading the growth of the Asian startup ecosystem with 'Artificial Intelligence (AI) and green technology'. The list includes companies from 16 countries, and from Korea, 8 companies including Aetech were named.
Aetech was selected as a company in the Energy & Green Tech sector. It has developed its own AI-based waste sorting robot 'Atron', resource recovery automation facility 'Airo-mrf', and mobility-type small waste management solution 'Multi-tron', establishing a smart resource recycling value chain. It has been evaluated as supporting the expansion of recycled resources production and the realization of a circular economy.
Especially, Atron has been supplied and is in operation with more than 20 units in domestic public and private sorting centers, and is expanding its business to overseas markets such as Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Germany.
