The specialized global media in the fields of mobility, ICT, and robotics successfully concluded the '2025 Future Innovation Technology Expo (FIX 2025)' Global Media Award event, targeting 585 domestic and international companies that participated.

On the 24th (Friday), a panel of global media reporters announced the 'Global Media Awards TOP 3' at the FIX TV Zone set up in the west wing of EXCO, selecting outstanding companies participating in this exhibition.

This event was organized to discover products and technologies with global competitiveness among domestic and international companies participating in FIX 2025 and to enhance the external promotion of award-winning companies by utilizing global media.

The activities of the six-member global media panel began on the opening day of FIX 2025, October 22 (Wednesday). Throughout the exhibition, they meticulously reviewed the exhibition booths of all participating companies in the east and west wings of EXCO, assessing based on four major criteria: potential for global expansion, market competitiveness, investment value, and technological advancement.

The media coverage related to the 18 domestic and international companies selected for the Global Media Awards TOP 3 will proceed after the awards ceremony, through which the award-winning companies are expected to gain promotional benefits when entering foreign markets.

In the FIX 2025 Global Media Award event, five countries were represented by six journalists, including ▲Jon Stone (USA), Editor-in-Chief of Innovation & Tech Today ▲Sherri Wang (Taiwan), Reporter for Digitimes ▲Malaz Madani (UAE), Co-founder of Arageek ▲Leo Thevenet (France), Editor-in-Chief of Le Café Du Geek ▲Eliane Fiolet (USA), Editor-in-Chief of Ubergizmo ▲Choi Ji-hoon (South Korea), Editor-in-Chief of AVING NEWS.

Moreover, the global media panel, which directly selected the award-winning companies, also explained the background and unique criteria for selecting innovative companies on site.

First, Jon Stone (USA), Editor-in-Chief of Innovation & Tech Today, who selected ▲Top Robotics (CEO Park Chan-hyun) ▲HARVESTANCE, INC (CEO Lim Seung-jae) ▲HN Smart Korea, Ltd (CEO Lim Jeong-sook), stated, “We aimed to discover companies showcasing determination for expansion and competitiveness in the global market and technological innovation.”

The second presenter, Sherri Wang (Taiwan), Reporter for Digitimes, selected ▲SPG Co., Ltd (CEOs Lee Jun-ho and Yeo Yong-kil) ▲Robocare Co., Ltd (CEO Moon Jeon-il) ▲Young Hyun Robotics Co., Ltd (CEO Lee Uk-jin), explaining, “We highly rated technologies and products with versatility and practicality, applicable and usable in various countries, regions, and industries.”

Following, Malaz Madani (UAE), Co-founder of Arageek, expressed, “I was more attracted to companies with innovative products and placed significant importance on the products’ international expansion potential and impact,” and awarded ▲AIEEV (CEO Park Se-jin) ▲VSPharmTech, Co., Ltd (CEO Park Shin-young) ▲bitsensing (CEO Lee Jae-eun).

Leo Thevenet (France), Editor-in-Chief of Le Café Du Geek, emphasized, “We evaluated how innovative a company's product or service is and its potential future impact on the global market,” awarding ▲rgblab, Ltd (CEO Kim Yong-deok) ▲Hanwha Corporation Construction Division (CEO Kim Seung-mo) ▲HL Robotics, Ltd (CEO Kim Yun-ki).

Additionally, Eliane Fiolet (USA), Editor-in-Chief of Ubergizmo, who selected ▲Aetech Co., Ltd (AETECH, CEO Park Tae-hyung) ▲LCHP Tech, Ltd (CEO Park Yong-dae) ▲WEARCOM Inc (CEO Kim Kyung-woo), mentioned before awarding, “All companies were impressive, but we considered the originality of the technology and its positive worldwide impact and industrial potential for evaluation.”

Lastly, Choi Ji-hoon, Editor-in-Chief of AVING NEWS, pointed out, “We gave bonus points to technologies that stimulate investment psychology due to clear strengths and expansion potential in each field and market,” naming ▲MAPPERS Co., Ltd (CEO Kim Myung-joon) ▲FutureDrive, Ltd (CEO Kwon Soon) ▲Emotion, Ltd (CEO Huh Seong-man).

Meanwhile, FIX 2025 is an 'innovation technology integration platform' showcasing the latest technologies in future mobility, robots, AI (artificial intelligence), semiconductors, and more at one venue. This exhibition, under the slogan ‘The Future Already Begun, All on AI,’ is composed of industry-specific exhibitions and conferences such as △Korea Future Mobility Expo △Daegu International Robot Industry Exhibition △Korea ICT Convergence Expo, along with business programs, additional events, and cultural tourism programs.

At △Korea Future Mobility Expo, eco-friendly mobility, future mobility, secondary batteries, and components were displayed. At △Daegu International Robot Industry Exhibition, industrial robots, service robots, robot components, AR/VR, AI, IoT, and drones were exhibited. At △Korea ICT Convergence Expo, metaverse & platform, digital content & system smart devices, cybersecurity, and ICT convergence services were showcased. Furthermore, Plug and Play Korea Expo (PNP KOREA EXPO) 2025, Startup Arena, and Global Innovator Festa (GIF) were arranged as a startup platform.
